Price Plans Explanation

Feed Automation

When you are on one of our paid plans, we will automate the feed updation process for you. This means that your feeds will be kept in sync with your ecommerce store (Shopify, Magento or BigCommerce). All updates in your store will reflect in your feeds. However If you are on the free plan, you will have to manually log in to update your feeds anytime there is an update.

Pay to add remaining Products to feeds

Each plan comes with a cap on the number of products you can include in the feeds. If you select a lower tier plan, you will only be able to publish an allowable number of products in your feeds. To publish all products, upgrade to a plan that covers your total number of products.

First 30% of Products not affected by pricing. What does it mean?

This means that you have the chance of getting ONE-THIRD of your products in your shopping feeds. However, 30% of you you total inventory must not exceed 200. For instance, if 30% of your total inventory is 500, you are still limited to publishing only 200 products to your desired shopping engines.

Partial Datafeed Generation

This will allow you to sort through your products and export those products you want to be included in the feeds. If you are on the free plan, this won’t be possible. If you have more products and don’t want to include all in your feeds, you can use this tool to sort the products and pay for a lower price plan according to your needs.

What level of support do you offer

All paid members will be given premium support and will also have access to live chat sessions with RetailTower Support. We are available via email and will answer all questions within 24 hours. We do live video calls where there is the need to help merchants set up their feeds.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my account?

Yes! You can always upgrade or downgrade your account at anytime. You can do so from you RetailTower Admin Dashboard
